As with other kinds of intimacy, most of us yearn to be physically close to others. At the same time, some of us are anxious or uncomfortable being physically close. You both may want to be physically close and at the same time want to avoid it. Fleeting hugs and kisses play at physical closeness without satisfying the need. To get physical intimacy needs met, you will need to be aware of the differences you have in your need for physical closeness and touching. This session explores your physical intimacy so that you can reinforce what is working for you and develop the level you want.
